Instructions:

To receive your password, follow the directions below:

1. Add the email address de@lbcc.edu to your contacts list in your email account.
   (This is to avoid the new password to end up in your spam folder.)
2. Enter your 7-Digit Student ID (numbers only) and the e-mail address that you have on file with People Soft (set when applied to LBCC).
3. Press the Receive New Password button.
4. If there is a match with the records from People Soft, a new password will be sent to your e-mail address.

If you need to update your PeopleSoft e-mail address, access People Soft now.

*Do not enter the 'W' at the beginning of your student ID. Enter only the number, e.g., 0574839.
Instructors: Do not fill out this form if you an instructor. If you are an instructor and you do not have a password, or cannot remember your password, you must use the pages linked on the login page under the Faculty Users heading.
