Instructions:

If you have forgotten or lost your password or User ID, you must receive a new password to be able to log in again. To receive a new password, follow the directions below:

  1. Enter the e-mail address that you signed up for LBCC e-Learning Zone / e-Zone with.
  2. Press the Receive New Password button.
  3. A new password will be sent to your e-mail address along with your User ID.
 
   

Students:

Do not fill out this form if you a student. If you are a student and you do not have a password, or cannot remember your password, you must use the pages linked on the login page under the Student Users heading.
